Broadland District Council and South Norfolk District Council are both formal delivery partner to the LIFT programme. They are making available a ring-fenced amount of match funding. To apply to this match funding, make sure you indicate this on the Expression of Interest form. But note that this funding is not guaranteed for all the projects. Both district councils will reserve the right to decide which projects they want to support with this funding or funding in kind.
Broadland District Council

Broadland District Council (BDC) have contributed £60,000 match funding to the project, which will be available to LIFT grant applicants to enable the delivery of project outputs and results in the Broadland District Council area.
This funding will be available for the lifetime of the LIFT programme and will be divided among the strands as follows:

South Norfolk Council

South Norfolk District Council (SNDC) support the LIFT programme through:
- Providing cash match funding - £75,000 over three year period which will act as grant funding for small community and voluntary sector applicants
- Providing £45,000 of in kind staff contribution to support projects – this will be the time of a South Norfolk’s Early Help Hub team worker available to selected projects to support the identification and engagement of local project participants and to help them overcoming financial and housing issues that may otherwise prove a barrier to work.
